"If you have nothing to 'create' maybe you are
creating yourself."
Zen is an 'art of living', very inaccessible to European people.
They can find themselves on a shaking ground and reject that because
they can't find a logical explanation for things they heard. But
why? European people can thing exclusively through the science
postulates typical for the West. Oriental way of thinking has no
boundaries that create ratio and logical principles in our mind. You
can achieve Zen with intellect and rationalism; Zen requires
experience!
Why is Zen so special?
For West people natural sciences are the measure and give us the
method for explaining all our nature and un-nature. All unique that
each person possesses they ignore. Particularity and spirituality
(spirituality - not religion!) of individuals is forgotten.
That's where we are turning ourselves to Zen.
Zen is giving us an advice: when we feel something with our heart we
shouldn't hide that away,
we should show that.
To all perfectly programming, superior and egoistical West people
Zen can show how creative and free human being they really are.

anything different, you'll look differently. |
